Complex restaurant renovations

Intermarket worked closely with Moose Winooski’s in developing a detailed plan to renovate and expand the restaurant; while they continued to serve customers in their existing facilities. The complex phasing plan was necessary as it allowed the Tenant to generate revenue during the renovation.

The project was further complicated by the fact the existing entrance to the restaurant had to be demolished to allow for the construction of a main roadway; and the renovation plan had to allow for potential “seamless” expansion space in the future.

Moose Winooski’s re-opened their renovated and expanded facilities in the summer of 2009; it is one of the most successful restaurants in the Province.
