Fast-tracking office space constructionÂ
Intermarket entered into a Project Management contract with the Ministry of Health to fast-track the build-out of their new office space. The project was extremely time-sensitive as the Ministry had an expiring lease and could not over-hold at their existing location.
Intermarket managed the tender process for construction and immediately signed a CCDC contract to facilitate the expedited build-out of the office space.
Intermarket worked closely with a general contractor and the Tenant’s own interior designer to ensure the construction process was well-organized and efficient. Weekly construction meetings were held and regular financial reports were issued to keep all parties fully apprised of the status of the project.
The project was completed on-time and on budget and the Ministry moved into their new space in advance of their expiring lease.
