Negotiate and purchase a high profile property through bankruptcy proceedings. Create a master plan for a complex, mixed-use project and manage the construction of the overall development.
Solution
- Develop a unique concept for the integration of retail, office, recreational and hotel uses.
- Incorporate high quality urban design and architecture with sustainable building practices; including LEED certification.
- Finalize the zoning for the property, coordinate the retail and office leasing program and manage the construction for this $100M mixed use project.
