Assemble 3 different sites and integrate with adjacent lands to create a master-planned Corporate Campus.

  • Create a Transit-Oriented Development (TOD) that integrates a mixed use project that is focused around new green spaces and existing wood lots.
  • Incorporate high quality, sustainable design practices that minimize the environmental impact on the lands.
  • Optimize the use of existing and adjacent infrastructure to resolve traffic and servicing issues in the area.
