• Finalizing approvals and obtaining permits: We are also directly involved in securing all planning entitlements; as well as all regulatory permits.

• Managing all servicing and construction: Intermarket is experienced in all phases of project management throughout the development process. We manage all aspects of servicing and construction, from the initial ground-breaking through to shell construction, tenant fit-up and final occupancy.
